Brittany Leanna Robertson, known as Britt Robertson, is an American actress. She got the spotlight when she starred as the lead role in the 2015 science-fiction mystery adventure film, Tomorrowland, co-starring with famous actor, George Clooney.
Britt began acting in various roles on stage at the Greenville Little Theater in South Carolina. At age of 12, she moved to Los Angeles with her grandmother to audition for roles in television series. Her first big break was her role as Michelle Seaver on the movie, Growing Pains: Return of the Seavers (2004). When she was 16, her grandma returned to North Carolina, but Britt stayed on her own in LA.
Britt appeared in numerous tv shows and movies such as Dan in Real Life (2007), Scream 4 (2011), Lux in Life Unexpected (2010), Cassie in The Secret Circle (2011), Avalon High (2010), Delivery Man (2013), and The Longest Ride (2015). In March 2020, the faith-based biographical romance film, I Still Believe, was released where she played the role of Melissa Henning, the wife of Christian rock musician Jeremy Camp.
Britt has won some acting awards such as Best Supporting Actress at the Boston Film Festival for her role in White Rabbit (2013), and Best Actress at the Nashville Film Festival for her role in Ask Me Anything (2014).
