There aren’t a lot of accomplished dubbers in the world beyond Johnny Yong Bosch. When the world was going crazy over Power Rangers in the mid-90s, Johnny Yong Bosch was playing the voice over roles of Adam Park, otherwise known as Black Power Ranger, Green Zero Ranger, and Green Turbo Ranger, for the most part. He had all the voice acting goods to make it as one of the best English dubbers for not just Power Rangers but for many other foreign animated cartoons that were mostly Japanese or anime.

He started his career in English dubbing of anime characters in the anime action series Trigun. After this, other roles would follow, leading him to voice over roles in many of the most well-known and beloved anime films and series in the world including Sailor Moon, Bleach, Full Metal Alchemist, Pokemon Origins, and Baki just to name a few. It didn’t stop with anime of course as he was cast in other Western animated films and projects such as Space Racers and NFL Rush Zone. His unique voicing talents led him to be chosen as well for video game characters including those in the epic video game series Final Fantasy. Johnny Yong Bosch was largely inspired by his love and training in martial arts. He idolized Bruce Lee as he was growing up, and his passion for action scenes shows in the characters he has voiced for. A man of many talents, Johnny Yong Bosch is also a member of a rock band called Eyeshine.
