William Alan Friedle, also known as Will Friedle, is an American actor who is famous for his role in the sitcom, Boy Meets World as Eric Mattews. The show lasted from 1993 to 2000.
Will came from a family of lawyers. His parents, Patricia Joan and Gary Allen Friedle are both lawyers, but instead of following in their footsteps, Will decided that he wanted to pursue acting. Originally from Connecticut, Will traveled to New York to audition for acting roles.
Soon, he starred in several films including My Date with the President’s Daughter (1998), National Lampoon’s Gold Diggers (2004), and Everything You Want (2005). He also appeared in many television shows such as The Gift of Love (1994), Zoe, Duncan, Jack and Jane (1999), and The Random Years (2002).
